Who doesn't love a hot cross bun? We had to make this into a chocolate bar didn't we!?!

This chocolate bar is made with chufa (the milk from a tiger nut which isn't a nut!) and is filled with a lightly spiced creamy fondant filling and topped with raisins for good measure!
