This vegan chocolate bar is decorated with yellow cocoa butter and is filled with popping candy.
This 39.1% no milk chocolate bar is made with chufa. Milk from a tiger nut, which isn't a nut. So instead, we refer to the chufa to avoid any confusion. Chufa is typically used to make horchata, a milky-looking drink that is an excellent thirst-quencher in the hot, humid Mediterranean summers!
