What is the shelf life on the Bizarre Bars?

The shelf life on our Bizarre Bars varies from 3 months to 1 year depending on the flavour. Please see the individual product pages for the shelf life. 

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

We try and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 10 working days (this excludes weekends and bank holidays) for your order to be shipped.

What if I need my order by a certain date?

If you are ordering for someone's birthday and need your chocolate shipped to you sooner, send us an email with your order number at and we will prioritise your order if we can.   

How do my reward points work?

For every £1 you spend you get 3 reward points! 100 points = £1. 

You also get 25 points if you give us some feedback and leave a product review on our website through your account!

I live outside of the UK. Can I order chocolate?

Yes you can! We can post outside of the UK as long as your order is under 2kg. 

I've ordered twice, can I combine my orders?

Firstly, thank for ordering! If you would like to combine your orders please email as soon as possible. If we catch your email in time, then we are more than happy to combine your orders and refund one lot of postage. However, please bear in mind this isn't always possible. 

My order has arrived and is wrong/arrived damaged

Please email asap after receiving your order with photo evidence. We unfortunately won't be able to rectify the issue without pictures.

My order tracking isn't working

In the rare event this happens please don't worry. Just email and we will locate your parcel, refund you or get a new one sent out to you!

How do I sign up for product alerts?

If a product is out of stock, you can sign up to be notified by email when the product is available again. To do this, head to the product's page, and below the sold out button you will be able to enter your email address for alerts.
