Everything we do is handmade, wrapped and packed by our wonderful team and it can currently take up to 12 working days (this excludes weekends) to dispatch orders as we are super busy. If your order is for a gift, please email us at hello@thechocolatesmiths.com with your order number and letting us know it is needed sooner. If we can, we will of course prioritise the order! 

We provide you with an email confirmation when your order is placed and the next email you will receive from us about your order is when your order has been dispatched, so please don't worry if you don't hear from us in this time.
