It's finally here!! The brand new, re-invented Collaboration! We're kicking the brand new design off with Hetty's Kitchen Almond Croissant Blondie!
The Almond Croissant Blondie has been baked using the best ingredients at Hetty's Kitchen and shipped to our factory in North Shields to be stuffed into a fully loaded chocolate shell! It is encased in caramelised white chocolate, filled with a white chocolate and almond ganache, loaded up with the almond croissant blondie and topped off with gold chocolate mixed with feuilletine. It's finished off with a drizzle of dark chocolate to balance out the sweetness!
You need to section this dessert up, because it weighs a whopping 400g. We recommend keeping the bar in the fridge and cutting it into eight pieces as a suggested serving size. If you prefer your chocolate at room temperature, just leave the piece out for a bit and allow it to warm up! Just a warning, though, I struggled to stick to the suggested portion. It's far too delicious.
