The next collaboration has arrived, and we’re incredibly excited to share it with you: Baklavaty.

Baklavaty is a mother-and-daughter team, Layla and Dunya, who handcraft some of the finest baklava in the UK from their kitchen in Yeovil.

Made using a traditional Libyan family recipe, each piece is created with delicate filo pastry, local honey, ghee, and organic pistachios. Every batch is prepared with care, passion, and pride.

This baklava isn’t just delicious, it’s a celebration of heritage, tradition, and authentic flavour. We are incredibly proud to be supporting this small business, and they even do postal so you can get baklava delivered right to your doorstep! www.baklavaty.co.uk

The Bar

We have supersized our original Baklava inspired Bizarre bar, and stuffed it full of honey cinnamon caramel, a pistachio, pecan and hazelnut paste and 3 slices of Baklava from Baklavaty. It’s lined with our signature gold chocolate and topped off with a mixture of dark milk chocolate and fueilletine.
